Nursing Specialties is required by law to protect the privacy of your protected health information (PHI) and to provide you with this Notice.

We may use and disclose your PHI for treatment, payment, and health care operations without your written authorization. - Inspect and obtain a copy of your PHI
- Request an amendment of your PHI
- Receive an accounting of certain disclosures
- Obtain a paper copy of this Notice
- Receive notice following a breach of unsecured PHI
- File a complaint if you believe your privacy rights have been violated

We are required to abide by the terms of this Notice. We may change this Notice and will post any revised version on our website and make it available upon request.
Complaints
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with us or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights. You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint.
